When will my pre-order item ship?

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging. Due to the nature of physical media, opened software, vinyl, or CDs cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
