At Sony Music Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and that physical media such as vinyl, CDs, or DVDs remain factory-sealed to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
